SalesOrder Classes and Tables: SalesTableType  and  SaleslineType  classes will get called while  creating the SalesOrders . SalesFormLetter_Confirm SalesFormLetter_Invoice SalesFormLetter_PackingSlip SalesFormLetter_PickingLlst classes will be used to post the sales order at various document status ( packing, invoice  etc).
